Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. You'll receive a reset link via email.
Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Team and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation to join your organization.
You can upgrade from the dashboard by clicking any upgrade prompt, or go to Settings → Subscription. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.
Pro users can export compliance data as CSV from the Readiness Report page.
Organization admins can cancel from Settings → Danger Zone. Your Pro plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Organization admins can permanently delete the organization from Settings → Danger Zone. This removes all checklists, items, evidence, and team members.
To delete your account, contact us at support@complara.io from the email address associated with your account. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours. All your personal data will be permanently removed.
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours during business days. Pro plan customers receive priority support.
If you've found a security vulnerability, please report it to support@complara.io. Do not open a public issue.
